The Assets, Inventory & Condition Assessment Division is responsible for managing the inventory of all public buildings nationwide and maintaining an up-to-date asset registry. It conducts inspections and site analyses to assess building conditions, determine maintenance needs, and evaluate the remaining useful life of facilities. The division also develops condition assessment templates, establishes service level requirements for assets, and manages data storage and retrieval for all departmental activities. Additionally, it keeps records of consultants and tracks those blacklisted for poor performance.
